Fourthane Black Line 5511 antiacid
It is a thixotropic, anti-abrasive epoxy putty with high resistance to sulfuric acid, specially designed to protect equipment used in solvent extraction mining plants from wear and chemical attacks, used to protect equipment such as agglomerator drums, ducts, plant floors. EW, etc. It is characterized by supporting 7 times more sulfuric acid than a normal anti-abrasive putty.
Coating highly resistant to abrasion, acids and chemicals:
- Ducts and elbows.
- Agglomerator drum.
- Discharge chutes.
- Molybdenum flotation cells (plugs, transfer boxes, false bottom, submergence neck, stator and rotor)
- General hardware in areas of cells and equipment with pulp.
- Repair of broken tanks, agitators and blades.
Estimated curing time 2 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
