Fourthane Brown Line
It is a broachable polymer, formulated with ceramic, alumina and silicon, highly hard elements that provide high protection to the component against abrasion and cavitation, easy to mix and use, which reduces the downtime period to carry out maintenance work. It has an ultra-smooth consistency, can be applied with a brush and/or roller and allows for a smooth, mirror-like finish.
For cavitation, corrosion and abrasion resistant coatings on equipment such as:
- Submergence neck in flotation cells.
- Warman pumps impellers.
- Bomb casings.
- Pulp collecting trays.
- Pulp pipelines.
- Pressure elbows.
Estimated curing time 1 to 2 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
